Daily Specials

Three to five different dishes every day of the month, plus the buffets that run every week. This is the whole calendar, as text — not a photograph of one.

The Corral runs a new set of specials every single day. Fridays are the fish fry, Sundays are the brunch buffet, Wednesdays are tacos and wings. Everything else changes.

Every week

  • Three hand-breaded fish fillets over fried potatoes, with baked beans, homemade tartar sauce, dark rye bread and a lemon slice.

    Hand breaded perch, all you can eat. Also walleye, jumbo shrimp, baked cod, tavern battered and bang bang shrimp, and seafood alfredo.

  • The Sunday brunch buffet line: bacon, sausage links, ham, scrambled eggs, hash browns and fried chicken in steam-table pans.

    Sundays, 8 a.m. - 1 p.m. $14.99 adults

    Chicken, mashed potatoes, a full salad bar, dessert and much more. Free soft serve. Children's pricing available. Closed at 2 p.m.

  • The taco and wing buffet line: wings, soft tortillas, seasoned beef, fries, tortilla chips, sauces and nacho cheese in steam-table pans.

    Wednesday Taco & Wing Buffet

    Wednesdays, 4 - 7 p.m. $14.99

    Chicken nuggets and mac and cheese alongside. Free soft serve. Sauces run from mango habanero and Korean pepper to honey garlic and plain cayenne.

  • A burger on grilled Texas toast, cut in half, with lettuce, tomato, melted cheese and a pickle slice alongside.

    Monday Night

    Mondays, 11 a.m. - 8 p.m.

    Six ounce hamburger $5.99, grilled cheeseburger $5.99, sloppy joes $4.49. Dine in only.
